Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible care for your pet, whether they need a quick touch-up or a full spa treatment. The Dirt Wash

This is our basic service which includes the below elements:

  • Coat Check

  • Shampoo Treatment

  • Conditioner Treatment

  • Flea rinse

  • Treats

  • Coat brush & loose hair removal.

  • Towel Dry

Small Dog = $60​

Medium Dog = $65

Large Dog =$82

X-Large Dog = $85

The Ruff Wash 

This is our deluxe service which includes the below elements:

  • Coat Check

  • Ears & Eyes Cleaned

  • Shampoo Treatment

  • Conditioner Treatment

  • Flea rinse

  • Tick Wash

  • Towel Dry

  • Blow Dry

  • Coat brush & loose hair removal.

  • Massage

  • Cologne

  • Paw balm.

  • Treats

Price: 

Small Dog = $75​

Medium Dog = $88

Large Dog = $93

X-Large Dog = $110

Extras​

Extras can be added when completing the booking form. These will be added to your invoice after. 

  • Doggy Cologne $5

  • Antistatic Detangler $10

  • Nails Clipped* $25

  • Specialty Product Upgrade $8 - Including Allergen Shampoo/conditioner, Antibacterial Wash, De-shedding shampoo, Puppy wash or French Bulldog Skin Wash

Service Information

  • To Request a booking by Contacting Ruff Trails with times/days in the below form, they will provide confirmation for booking via email. 

  • If you are a new customer, we will organise a meet and greet. prior to the first booking. This will also be the case if there is a change in Groomer.

  • We will collect your pet and take them for a grooming session and return them afterwards.

  • Session Lengths vary depending on the size of your pet, your address and which service you select. Bookings normal range from 40mins to 90mins in duration. 

  • Dogs from the same house can be booked together for 25% off the second pet.. 

  • Please note our services do not include trims/cuts.

  • You are required to provide accurate behavioural history relating to your pet and grooming.

  • *Your dog/s will need to be approved by Ruff Trails for the additional nail clipping service.
