About us
You will always know your pet is in safe hands as all staff have completed the Pet First Aid Course, provided by Red Cross, carry pet first aid kits and will have completed training with our Trainer directly. They are trusted members of your local community and are employed because of their caring natures, eagerness, and experience. Staff assist on a casual basis in the office, as well as our pet sitting and walking services.
Ruff Trails was established in December 2022. The business aims to provide reliable and practical support to all pet owners. We provide humane, empathetic, and educated care to all our pack members. Consider us your pets' step-in guardians.

About Our Trainer
Ayla has years of experience with pets of all types, holding certificates in Canine Behaviour & Psychology and Pet First Aid. She continues to further her studies relating to all pets and canines while building a network of pet service resources. Ayla also holds, external to pet care, a Bachelor of Criminal Justice and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Human).
Her commitment to learning and development has always been evident in her adult life, as has her compassionate approach to others. Ayla continues to develop her learning in canine behaviour, science and training. Staying up to date with a wide range of research and methods from creditable sources to bring you the best training possible.

Pack Registration & members area!
Prior to your services commencing we need you to register your pets with Ruff Trails.

Once complete we will create/approve your online Member account where you can make, view, and alter bookings. You do not need to complete the registration forms to purchase from the shop.
Registration forms are available on the left, simply download, open in Adobe and use the free fill and sign function. Submit your completed forms to our email rufftrailsenquiry@gmail.com
